Pembroke House Youth Centre

Weekly Youth Club Sessions
The Youth Centre is open to all young people living in Walworth, and surrounding areas, aged between 10 and 19 years. The Centre is currently open for five sessions each week, covering drama, street dance and music, football, cookery, and other activities as well as a safe space to chill out with old and new friends.

Pembroke FC
The Youth Centre now has a number of strong girls and boys football teams who train regularly and have performed very strongly in league games. The Girls team are representing London at National level in Manchester in May.

Holiday Activities
The Youth Centre is open during some of the half-term holidays, and runs a three week Summer Scheme during the school summer holidays. This includes a one week residential, and two weeks of day trips. There is a cost for each trip, but this is heavily subsidized by funding obtained by Pembroke House. Funding
Pembroke House Youth Centre receives a grant from Southwark Council to fund the core Youth Work, and a number of small grants from local funding bodies for the summer Scheme. The Youth Centre is constantly working towards raising more funds to expand its current programme of activities.

Young people are required to obtain parental consent each time there is an offsite activity.
