Want to hear more about how health and care services in Southwark can be more joined up and people-centred? Come down to the public meeting being held by Partnership Southwark’s Strategic Board.

Partnership Southwark is a Local Care Partnership within the South East London Integrated Care System. They work with other health, care and non-statutory organisations and local communities to bring together services and support at a neighbourhood level so that they do a better job of keeping people healthy and meeting their needs.

The Strategic board is made up of representatives from organisations within Partnership Southwark as well as community representatives within the borough. People and community members from the borough are welcome to attend and ask questions.
